Itinerary 

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264ft)

  • Welcome and greeting at the airport
  • Transfer to Hotel
  • Check-in and rest
  • Yoga, Pranayam, and meditation.
  • Diner

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu

  • Breakfast
  • Yoga asana and Pranayama Class (1:15 minutes)
  • Private transport
  • Guided tour to UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Bauddhanath Stupa and SwambhuNath
  • Yoga and Meditation
  • Over Night in the same hotel.

Day 03: Kathmandu to Phurping (one hour drive/ 22 km from the city)

  • Breakfast
  • Private transport
  • Yoga, Pranayama and meditation
  • Hike to caves and monastery
  • Evening Yoga Asana Class (1:15 minutes)

Day 04: Phurping to Pokhara (823m/2,700ft and 134km, 4-5 hours drive)

  • JalNeti ( Nasal Cleansing)
  • Sitting besides monks and observing prayers
  • Breakfast
  • Private car drive to Pokhara
  • Check in Hotel
  • Yoga Asana class (1:15 minutes)
  • Overnight in the Hotel

Day 05: Hike to Sarangkot (1600m/5249ft, 15km 3-4 hours hike)

  • Breakfast
  • Yoga Asana and meditation class (1:30 minutes)
  • Sunset
  • Overnight in Hotel

Day 06: Sunrise, sightseeing, and back to Pokhara

  • Breakfast
  • Yoga Asana and Pranayama
  • Private transport
  • Visit to Davis Fall, Shiva Cave, Boating in Phewalake, visit Bindyabasini Temple, Tibetan refugee camp, the white monastery
  • Yoga asana class
  • Overnight in Hotel

Day 07: Drive to Chitwan (815 m/2,674 ft, 86 km, 3-4 hours)

  • Breakfast
  • Yoga asana and pranayama Class
  • Private transport
  • Yoga and meditation class in Chitwan

Day 08: Exploring Chitwan and Devghat (Highly spiritual place especially for Tantra Yoga)
What to expect?

  • Breakfast
  • Yoga and Pranayama class (1:15 minutes)
  • Private transport
  • Jungle Safari
  • Mediation at the riverside where 2 rivers meet
  • Couple mediation if you have a partner or with yoga teacher in-group and individual.
  • Yoga Asana class (1: 15 minutes)

Day 9: Drive to Kathmandu – Nagarkot (2195m/7201ft,  230km, 6-7 hours)

  • Breakfast

Day 10: Sunrise from Nagarkot, sightseeing Bhaktapur and drive to Kathmandu

  • Asana and couple mediation in Kathmandu
  • Overnight in the Hotel

NOTE – We are able to organize our tour with a minimum of 2 people. The tour will be canceled with fewer than 2 reservations. We don’t take a deposit before the tour. The total payment must be paid in cash on the first day of the tour.
